1. Product Change
Hansel and Gretel will always endeavor to supply the products shown on the website, however if items are temporarily not available we reserve the right to replace particular items with a product of equal description, quality and value. Colours and designs may vary from time to time.
2. Cancellations and Replacement of Goods
Once payment has been made and orders have been processed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that all information is correct before proceeding with and confirming your order. Any goods that are delivered and are deemed to be faulty, damaged or noncompliant with your order must be communicated to us within 7 days upon receipt, via email or phone. The goods will need to be returned to us immediately for inspection and if deemed to be faulty, damaged or noncompliant with your order will be replaced accordingly.

Dispatch and Delivery Information
3.1. Delivery prices are included in the gift box price for all major capital cities and towns in Australia, however for remote areas, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to contact customers to discuss additional delivery prices relevant to any location.
3.2. Orders can be made online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
3.3. All delivery time estimates are based on business days Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and business hours 9am to 5pm.
3.4. Deliveries are within Australia only and delivery times are estimated as outlined below.
4.1. Victoria: Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo - Next day delivery (Ordered prior to 1pm). Country Victoria - 1 to 2 days.
4.2. New South Wales and South Australia: 2 to 3 days.
4.3. Western Australia, Queens Land, Northern Teritory, Tasmania: 3 to 5 days (Please allow an extra day for all country locations).
4.4. If these time frames are expected to vary we will contact you accordingly.
3.5. PO boxes are not accepted as a delivery address.
3.6. Please ensure all delivery addresses are accurate. Redelivery charges will apply if the incorrect details have been supplied.
3.7. A signature is required by the recipient upon delivery, however if the premises are unattended the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to make alternative arrangements for pickup.
3.8. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that delivery within chosen organizations such as hospitals, hotels or businesses have movement policies in place to ensure the gift is delivered securely to the recipient.
3.9. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if your gift has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time please contact us via phone or email and we will ensure your gift is delivered as soon as possible. Delayed delivery out of our control does not entitle you to cancel your order.
3.10. If you supply us with incorrect delivery details and delivery is delayed or misplaced we will not be held responsible for inconvenience, extra costs, damaged goods or refunds that may result from such a situation.
4. Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
