How are the gift boxes presented to the recipient?
Each box is gift wrapped with a ribbon and has a candy striped gift card with your personal message written inside. Each gift box is placed in a white delivery box tailored to the size of the box and designed to protect your gift during transit. |

Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes, we deliver to all major capital cities and all towns in Australia. We do deliver to remote areas, however we reserve the right, at our discretion, to contact customers to discuss additional delivery prices relevant to the location. |

Do you deliver to Hospitals?
Yes we do deliver to Hospitals. We depend on our customers to provide us with as much information as needed to deliver their gift box directly to the recipient. Please ensure you have the correct details of the patients name, Hospital name, address, ward and if possible the room number. It is also important to ensure that the recipient is still a patient at the hospital within the delivery time frame, an additional redelivery fee will apply where necessary. |

How long will my gift take to be delivered?
Deliveries are within Australia only and delivery times are estimated as outlined below.
Victoria: Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo - Next day delivery (Ordered prior to 1pm). Country Victoria - 1 to 2 days.
New South Wales and South Australia: 2 to 3 days.
Western Australia, Queensland, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 3 to 5 days (Please allow an extra day for all country locations).
If these time frames are expected to vary we will contact you accordingly. |

Is there a cut-off time to ensure next day delivery?
All orders should be placed prior to 1pm on the day of ordering to ensure delivery to the location within the above time frames. |

Do you deliver on weekends?
No, our courier companies only deliver on business days Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays). |

Can I order more than one gift box for the same person. ie Twins?
Yes we can deliver more than one box to the same recipient, however each order is treated as individual, so please order each box as per our ordering procedures and our system will detect that the delivery is to be sent to the same recipient at the same time. It is recommended that you also make reference to a multiple order in the 'special comments' section of the order form. |

Is there a limit to how many letters you can use for a name?
We endeavor to fit all names on our gift boxes by using different sized letters, however if we encounter a problem with names we will contact you directly to resolve. |

Do your gift boxes always contain the exact products shown on your website?
We always endeavor to supply the products shown on the website, however if items are temporarily not available we reserve the right to replace particular items with a product of equal description, quality and value. Colours and designs may vary from time to time. It is our objective to offer an excellent service and product and this will be reflected in the contents of our gift boxes at all times. |
